Hello amazing people!!!!! <3 :D
So new week and new projects have been started! I've got a big commission I have started which involves Kate Denson and Nancy Wheeler and I've got some screens of the environment it takes place in. That animation is going to be a long one as well (most likely 7minutes maybe longer) which a lot of different positions and as a new thing with this one I'll be animating the characters going from one position to the other seamlessly (That is going to be a tricky one for sure). A challenge is good though and it's great for me to learn how to improve with animating.
The first image you see here is the second animation i'm working on and it's just a little teaser image for now but i'm sure you'll all figure it out ^_^ I spent awhile working out how to get animated textures to work in SFM and for the most part if blew up in my face but I managed to get the TV screen animated, it's not exactly how I wanted it but the way I wanted it wasn't working so I made a compromise and I'll be looking how to create more advance animated textures in the future
Now as a new thing i'm changing how I do my work week, usually I just work on the one project until it's finished but i'm thinking now that Monday to Wednesday I work on the commission (if I have one on) and then Thursday and Friday I work on my own animation idea or a poll created one I can do on here like the Mikaela and Ghostface one. We shall see how this goes to see if I can manage it or not but I have confidence in myself being able to work on both. I'm also contemplating having the Wednesday as a day where I work on getting more DBD assets into SFM as when I start new projects I tend to spend a bit of time getting new assets into SFM before I even starting lighting and animating. Just ideas to make my working a bit easier and more efficient :)
