Community Poll: Changing Our Art Direction

hmm, I feel like you should finish the game first before switching to using 3d models like this, maybe for a sequel? because a full switch would take alot of time potentially and possibly screw up what your currently working on, but idk, if you think you can pull it off go ahead, the art is gorgeous either way.

2026-02-22 00:28:02 +0000 UTCIt's kind of hard, to just say that i would give up of the IA images. They have been gorgerous so far. But i kind of like the idea of be able to have more control and animations on the game. So if you move to the 3D models, i don't mind. You have been doing a great job with the game, so if you say that this can improve the quality of the game, I agreed with you!

2026-02-16 10:26:38 +0000 UTCI love the 3d model because of the consistency that would come with it and all in all helping so much with the immersion for the overall experience! But now we can finally do things like; -Lovey-Dovey kissing💖 with some 'squash and stretch' model art techniques😍 -Real nipple play, breast play/sucking and indulgence🤤😋 -And more dynamic things like stomach bulges as well, I'm even excited for the potential cumflation now with our serum upgraded cock and everything🥵 (Maybe even an in bedded 'x-ray' vagina/womb for the models😳) Really exciting news overall! 🙌 I'm sure more people will/would come with the change, so remember sky's the limit! I'm happy to support you all the way! 💯 You have so much vision so I truly believe you got this💪✨️ and I can't wait for what's to come!

2026-02-15 03:22:00 +0000 UTCHonestly my only real gripe with AI is the idea of it being trained off other people's art. Then it inevitably being used to substitute and/or replace them. Outside of that main issue. Its general usage doesn't really bother me. Now with that said. The one pro I do like is consistency. The way you guys use AI isn't horrible. But there are some iffy looking moments. Granted, even that could be smoothed out while still using AI. Rest of the pros while very nice and appreciated, aren't deal breakers. I got into the game without them. I could continue on without them. So I stand firmly in the camp of..... no idea! Whatever is easier for ya.

2026-02-14 20:06:46 +0000 UTCThis. While i like that you want to move away from AI Art i'd like to see what an actual full scene would look like.

2026-02-14 15:40:39 +0000 UTCI think the best way for people to decide would be do a small sample version of a scene already in the game with the 3D modeling. Then it would be a lot easier to figure out which style they would prefer. Right now I like the 2D style and the 3D seems cool but would change what we've come to expect from the game so asking if a full change in style if prefered without an example is hard to answer.

2026-02-14 13:33:26 +0000 UTCI've been funding from the early days because I think the project is great but WITH the hope you'd stick to your promise of pivoting from AI. I like the 3D model I think it fits the character. If you like it and it fits your creative vision, pivot my dude.

2026-02-14 13:17:35 +0000 UTCMy major complaint about it is that it's going to take to take entirely to long before we can see any type of movement with the game like im all for it but the transition is going to take to long because you will be doing the game all over again starting from scratch it will be a while before we get to see any new content and depending on how much you keep people updated they will either stay on board or leave depending on how quiet or how long it is taking the project not say that you will leave your audience hanging like that. Because if I don't know how good you are on your response time with keeping people updated. But I have seen people just abandoned ship because the project is taking to long I personally am ok with the 3d move but im honestly fine with the AI work because this is actually one of the good AI pieces of work that I've seen so far

2026-02-14 12:01:32 +0000 UTCI think the biggest selling point for 3d is potential for animated scenes. I came to jork but stayed for the plot so I'll stick around either way

2026-02-14 11:47:53 +0000 UTCOne unlisted benefit is that IIRC places like E621 while, in theory will allow you to advertise an AI VN, will NOT allow AI in the actual advert. 3D also allows you to make promotional material much easier. Like even just a quick render of the cast in underwear.

2026-02-14 06:42:32 +0000 UTCThis is a brilliant solution tbh. The issue with 2D adaptations of AI-gen is that it sort of ends up requiring the exact artist of whatever mix you use to really match the look, and even then it's not going to look 1 to 1. With 3D you can get VERY close to the exact look you want, and then not worry about a future scene looking off, since the model it is. You do lose some of the charm of 2D, like the more wacky of facial expressions, and some scenes don't hit has hard if the models look too similar (a common issue with DAZ/KK CG VNs). I think in this case you will handle it fine, since the body times are quite different. I can think of a few other issues too. 1. Species with height differences in the extremes (think shortstacks, not a short 5 foot girl) will need extra care to avoid clipping/skeleton issues. Granted I'm not really sure height differences of this extreme are even possible in-lore, I apologize if this was explained. 2. The more "random" breeding characters will probably need to share a body or two, else making a new model for all of them bankrupt you guys. An obvious advantage would be that if you guys want to do a Project THRUST 2, or another game set in the same universe, you wouldn't solely be limited to the VN format. I do hope you guys have these models fully rigged with jigglebones, for obvious reasons. Oh, and a model viewer that let's you move the characters around.

2026-02-14 06:33:10 +0000 UTCYour AI stuff is extremely good AND consistent with very few errors, and that alone is an awesome accomplishment. But AI art is AI art, and you know how people are, so switching would probably get more eyes on your project in the end. The Model looks fantastic, a 1:1 recreation, so I say go for it. I can't wait to see the rest of the cast done. I won't lie, I have selfish wants, so I am also hoping you will let us get access to them at some point. I think it would be fun to make some stuff in blender with them. If not then no big deal, I'm still enjoying what you are creating here.
