Lol Kekera is a literal frog from the future. It's funnier to have him just be a prop frog rather than a little cgi frog. The old guy raising the Jamato just wants a world where they're happy. He's pissed off at the DGP forcing him to raise them just for them to be killed for a game. If you want a comparison it's basically similar to robots rising against their masters because they want a chance to live and be more than a tool for convenience.

If you read the previous wishes you can see that Ace has undergone multiple alias that goes by the name "Ace." Therefore, he is a man that should have died a long time ago. And also the next episode will explain why Ace has been alive for a long time, so the answers are pretty obvious by now lol.
