Support Captain Tier Opening!

Anyone that has been looking to promote to that Tier can now do so!

If Many of you wish to promote to this Tier, or a higher Tier, please comment below and if there's enough support I may add more spots to some of the upper Tiers.

So there's at least some interest in a few more spots in the Captain Tier. Hmm, I don't want anyone to think they have to Pledge more than they're comfortable with, maybe just a few more Captains then...?
