Because peeing is being connected to these pretty powerful uses, I'm changing the cooldown for urination from 1 time period to 3 time periods (same as lactation now), however, in exchange, I'm making it so players can cast vesica (the spell that induces urination) on themselves for around 200MP, and that will make you able to pee instantly, and also give you the 1-period cooldown back for the next 6 time periods (just over 1 in-game day).
