The zip file provided is a Curseforge modpack profile you can load by going to the Curseforge launcher > Import > Import Profile.zip.
You may also load it with any other modpack launcher of your choice, but be aware this has not been tested with other launchers. Pirated launchers are not supported.
Please do not attempt to modify or update any of the mods on your own.

That would be with the mod Distant Horizon, which will eventually be included in the pack but is not yet ready due to performance issues.
