I would like to reuse my idea from the last lottery since you seemed to like it as well. Selene and a heavily pregnant Lillie meeting up with their friends Mallow and Lana at a Cafe. Have Lana and Mallow completely taken in by her belly, rubbing it and staring at it, maybe thinking of getting one themselves. Just excited for their friends. While the futa father Selene stands proud, arm wrapped around Lillie and a noticeable bulge from hearing Mallow and Lana say they want babies too.
