These are art concepts I had last year, form before I was getting into game development. In my time last year, I wanted to try out as many concepts as possible, in order to explore what would work best with game development. I essentially stuck to Kurama ALL YEAR and thought to myself "Some of these aren't really as well executed as I want, but I can work on them a bit."
This was the final result. In some pieces I was doing a homage to Endium's ANT series. In others, I was trying out Sage Modes where Kurama's body was actually visible. They're pretty weird, but they helped me figure out what artistic direction I have to move in. This year, I intend to start drawing a lot more realistically.
