Perhaps you and my view on your art just differ. To be specific: I personally first came across your drawings when I found your Momdarker 1 comic (which by the way still is not finished, correct?) of which I noticed the very well drawn Dexter's Mom. Then I began searching for your other art and noticed the general theme (big butts) and found out that you mainly draw Dexter's Mom or toon moms in general. What really stuck out for me and why I subsequently became a fan of your work were the great drawings of toon moms and the high amount (relative to other artists drawing toon moms) of "artisticness" (don't know the correct word) that I found in them. The often very detailed shading of the (non-comic) drawings was one of the few things that made your big butt/toon mom art really good for me. I guess as a summary one could say that the things that I was thinking of (and of course also do now) when I thought about your art were very well drawn, both technically and artistically, pictures of big butts and toon moms (with Dexters Mom being the mainly featured character) and also of course a cool logo in one corner haha. These are the things I am missing a little now. Now it is a comic page every couple of weeks and a single picture/pinup here and there, which are mostly just sketches without coloring, all of which somehow seem to lack what your art previously to you having a Patreon account had (for me it mostly seems to be the great shading, perhaps the general lack of sex too). That would just seem like an artist's "art curve", so to say, going down (which of course is not good either), but you having a Patreon account (and people giving you money) makes that seem somewhat strange. I believe that many Patreon users (and these include me), who are in your case mostly people looking for porn, and probably porn that is themed around big butts and toon moms, came to your Patreon profile because they saw what you did prior to publishing your work on Patreon and wanted to continue viewing your art, while expecting the same quality (or the "qualities" as mentioned) as previously, perhaps even higher quality because they now actually pay directly for it, but what they find concretely are just the already mentioned comic pages, pinups and colorless sketches, which I would say is not an evolution in your work but more of a devolution. Maybe you have a very different view on your own art as that what I just described, which of course is your natural way of viewing it. But, I hope that me showing you what I believe is the view on your art of many of your Patreon followers helps you to see what you could do in order to make your art better (and as good as it once was) for these people.

2016-01-23 01:52:53 +0000 UTCI've gotta say I find it strange that you prefer my old work to my new. To me my old work was totally amateur. Perhaps this is just a result of my transitioning. I'm trying very hard to step away from my old way of drawing/coloring/shading because it's very flawed artistically. I'm at a stage where I'm just starting to create illustrations the way I truly wanted to. When I first started doing these I was shooting blindly into the dark trying to get a good result, now I can more easily create what i'm imagining in my mind. I'm sorry you don't like my new method as much but i guarantee that it's just baby steps into what i want to achieve. :/

I mean I would understand if you did not have enough time to draw anymore, but did you not not even have a Patreon account back then? These drawings really had something, they were real quality work!

2016-01-23 01:05:40 +0000 UTCThe logo seems somewhat "ordinary" to me. You had a few very good ones in the past, perhaps even all of them. Maybe I am just missing the artistic intention in this one, though.
