But that being said, I do understand he's grieving the relatonship (even though they were bad together). I'm glad he came to his senses though and ended up being here for Callie. Oh and Amelia would have said something else in real life, you're right. So I'm gonna do it for her : Fuck you, Derek ! God, he's annoying and self centered imo. And the way he treats Amelia has me fuming a bit. I love Amelia so I'm probably a little biased, but still. He gave her the job and now he's kind of trying to take it back. Or so it feels. Also, Richard confession couldn't have gone more wrong here. I feel if Maggie had the full picture she would understand, but she didn't let him explain here. And I'm not always Team Richard, but here ? Maybe breathe a little girl and give him the benefit of doubt.

But she is what I strive to be, strong, independent, fun loving, kind, and so darn confident in herself! The way she told off owen, and then when he came to apologize, the way she didnt accept the half ass one! It really is only a coincidence that we're both bi and I feel like she is one of the first well done bi character on a television show!

Amelia read him so rightttt, like you can’t go around stomping your feet and complaining because YOU made a decision that you don’t like. like go to fucking DC dude! go get out of here. No one wants you acting like this. and Owen, like we appreciate your service we love that for you, but you cannot expect everyone to feel the same level of loyalty that you do and like he kind of redeemed himself by the end of the episode, but it’s a running theme with him that gets a little frustrating. He feels things so intensely, good or bad and it’s a bit much for me. and my poor baby Richard, like firstly, Ellis robbed him of any say of even knowing he had a child and then when he finally gets the courage to tell his child, she reads the fuck out of him because she didn’t even let him finish a sentence😭😭😭 i hate this for him and I feel like both Callie and Arizona didn’t want a kid right now and just wanted the other to say it first, because starting a new fellowship? Crafting a whole new branch of your research project? Those aren’t things you do when you’re planning on having a new child simply in my opinion.

2024-11-04 14:26:43 +0000 UTCHe made her a commitment and he broke that commitment. Not only that but he tried to make HER feel bad about not wanting to go with him. He won't let Amelia do the job that is NO LONGER HIS...the man is all about himself and it's irritating. He cannot see past his own perspective or his own needs to other people's and by the time he FINALLY gets it right and starts acting like a grown-up and finds a compromise everyone is expected to be like "ooooh derek's so amazing" when he just spent SEVERAL episodes getting to the place that a normal non-selfish adult and partner would have started with. The problem with him in regards to the dream job of it all is not just that he broke the promise, which could have been easily fixed with compromise from the beginning, it is the way he immediately FIRST INSTINCT when she says she doesn't want to go is to try to make Mer feel bad and guilt her. He annoys the ever-loving soul out of me. I see your perspective, I hear you and I respect it. I just feel kinda differently about it

Perhaps you can deduce from the Blackness to whom the baby belongs and then assume that the reason nobody knew about this kid was because the father and the families didn't know...like mama please keep up
