Sounds fun, but 4AM CET is a bit late when I have to work tomorrow >.>

I've a rehearsal elsewhere at 7pm PDT, so I'll go first. We've been to England (and Scotland, and Wales, and Ireland) a number of times. I also had the privilege of spending time at Cambridge University for a choral thingy. "Pret a Manger" makes anything at Starbucks taste like moldy stale pretzels. Wonderful pastries, friendlies people on earth. "Byron burgers" same thing - weep for the angels because they've only been to In-and-Out. Wonderful cathedrals (every one under construction, including the pipe organs). Wonderful choirs. Wonderful music. Wonderful composers (OK, John Rutter is a bit of a prick, never meet your idols). Public transportation that works. They don't think so but they've never taken BART. Excellent beer. Excellent Indian food. The rest better than expected, though my wife laughed at my plate when they brought some sausage and mashed potato disk. Museums - well you can put all of the US museums in a drawer of the British Museum. They drive on the wrong side, and worse, the STEERING WHEEL is on the wrong side but this makes for fun and excitement especially when driving through a roundabout as if it's an intersection. Get a "satnav" (GPS) if you go anywhere rural otherwise you will never be heard from again. No two people have the same accent and it's fun to try to guess. More castles (mostly containing weaponry) than one can count. Big Ferris wheel in London is an expensive waste of time and the theater that Shakespeare burned down with a cannon isn't the original. If you haven't (and if COVID ever ends), do visit.
