I think the thing with Ushiwaka and Hinata is he expects Hinata to be a more complete player because Hinata made a very bold claim about beating him and going to Nationals. As fans of Karasano, we know what he's capable of, but to Ushiwaka all he sees is empty boasting with nothing of substance to back it up. When they first met him, Hinata and Kageyama had lost to Aoba Josai who Shiratorizawa beat in the Inter-Highs, so I can see why someone who is as forthright and blunt as Ushiwaka would just blow them off.

Yup, it’s happens everywhere, you just know that person was born to play that sport. We had a guy who was in the U-18 national soccer team and he made everyone else feel like kids chasing the ball lol

I’ve wondered if that would actually work or if Oikawa’s need to beat Ushiwaka would hamper the team. I tend to think that Oikawa would get over it after racking up wins at Shiratorizawa. But if Oikawa was Kevin Durant he definitely would have joined Shiratorizawa.

Now that you’ve seen Shiratorizawa in action imagine how good they would be with Oikawa as their setter.

Karasuno is busy getting an oil change to their engines and are now changing clothes after Shiratorizawa pooped on them in that first set lololol

No, that’s not really hard to do. If you’re used to playing in that manner then it’s just second nature to step in and take that ball. -Kelc

when Suga aimed his serve to Ushiwaka but was received by another player, in real life, is it hard to do or not really?

As the libero in my high school and beginning college teams, left handed hitters are a pain to receive. Your platforms need to be almost perfect or it will ricochet off. I used to play with one in high school, and they always have a big advantage. It's that old adage of you love playing with them, but hate going against them.

Have you ever played against someone that dominant where you were like yeah she’s going pro? Its just like whoa when you see someone that gifted and talented as Ushiwaka in hs sports then that player is heavily recruited
