I hope you find your inspiration and while I have already upped my tier from when I first joined, I hope to do more in the future to help out. I want you to not just succeed, albeit for selfish reasons of enjoying more of your work, but I want you to be happy doing this and not feel you are wasting your time or get discouraged by those who don't share your vision or can't really see it yet.
