I was listening to ‘It Pays To Know A Good Mechanic’ and it got me thinking how that couple could’ve met? 💭 A shy, regular customer of the local garage likes one of the mechanics there. He senses that and wants to ask her out/get to know her, but she doesn’t exactly make it easy. Maybe he’s worried about rejection because she’s shy? Her car could break down in the middle of nowhere and he insists on being the one to go out and help. Maybe there’s banter from the other mechanics teasing him or some inner monologue about her? When he arrives, he makes her laugh, puts her at ease and she feels comfortable enough that she kisses him in a moment of spontaneity. They could get lost in the moment and end up having fun in the tow truck 🛻 🙂

2025-11-04 13:45:31 +0000 UTCI've been wracking my brain for non-supernatural/spooky ideas and I've thought of a couple. Too Dry - the changing seasons as dried out everyone's skin and it feels like you can never apply enough nor get to those hard to reach places! Helping each other apply lotion leads to making sure one's insides are well lubricated too. ;) Wife (Husband?) for Tonight - one person's family has been bugging them about setting down and to get the family off their case, said person told the family they got married/engaged and will bring them to the weekend get together. But who did they get to play the spouse: a long-time friend, a random person, someone they hired; and what is the other person getting in return (if anything)?
