Ironwood's Semblance is called Mettle. It strengthens his resolve and drives him towards a goal and nothing, absolutely NOTHING will change his mind. If something gets in the way of his goal, he will remove that obstacle at any cost. It's like if obsessiveness and stubbornness was a superpower.
