It's a series of 5 shorts on YouTube that are official and came out during the gap between season 2 and 3. They are a series of silly skits and when Swift Wind in the show appears with the joke "Did someone say SWIFT WIND" "No! No one said Swift Wind!" it's referencing these shorts. There is also the Princess Recruitment shorts, but I don't really recommend them as they just use clips from the show and talk over them. Swift Wind Adventures are all original scenes.
