Book 5 Out for Preorder (+ cover reveal + book 4 has been out on Audible)

Hi all! As per the title, book 5, titled Patchwork Endings, is out for preorder! It will be released on the 22nd (this Saturday), and if you’d like to snag a copy, you can find it here.

There weren’t any retcons or overarching book-wide edits, although I did swap a few chapters around in the demon arc to clean that entire section up. I also worked to tighten up the ending fight a bit more so that everyone’s rationale is better understood, and it makes more in-story sense. Overall, pretty happy with how this one turned out! On top of that, with this book, the series is officially at over 1 million published words, which feels like an exciting milestone.

As per usual, putting a book up on Kindle Unlimited means it needs to come down from everywhere else. I’ll be kicking that off on the 18th. The full book has been available here on Patreon for all tiers for a good while now, so I imagine most people have finished up to the end. If you haven’t, however, this is a heads up that the chapters will be taken down on that date. If you need a bit of extra time and don’t want to buy the book, I’d recommend downloading some of the chapter epubs to read later.

In other news, book four did eventually hit Audible, and can be found here for anyone who prefers audio/likes to pair the audio with the e-book. A few rougher reviews, but the audio readership for the series seems to be pretty low relative to the e-books, so c’est la vie. I’ve already sent out the fifth book to the audio folks, and they’ll be starting up the process of producing it soon.

In other other news, writing is going well! Took me a hot sec to edit book four, and then a while more to outline the new series, but as I write this, I’m a good 30k words into the new book and having a lot of fun.

I’ll be posting again on Saturday for release day, and otherwise, that’s all I got! Excited for the new release, and I’m looking forward to everything that happens next.
