The stuff with the mayor's assistant guy worked for me because my favorite parts of this show are the parts where it feels like Boba is literally teaming up with characters from like 8 completely different Star Wars shows. You've got the workplace sitcom guy, you've got the stone-cold Wookie action guy, you've got the cyberpunk guys, you've got the Western guy, you've got The Mandalorian from The Mandalorian, that stuff all worked for me.

The thing about CGI Luke that fucks me is that Hamill isn't involved AT ALL. Like he's still an actor, and specifically a voice actor, if he came on and did Luke and tried to make himself sound like 10 years after RotJ they could do some makeup and digitally age him down and it would probably look great. Why?

Fun: Yes (8) Good: Meh (5) Like it: I guess (6) Boba Fett was a lot of fun to watch, but I think it was hurt by a lot of little details. Most importantly, as much as I love Mando and Grogu, I think to have that arc there was a mistake because we should have gotten character development for the Mods, Fennec, and Boba himself. Instead we just peaced out to Mando doing his thing. The Mando arc was probably the strongest set of episodes overall which... is frustrating because I wanted Boba Fett to be better than it was.
