Law was talking about how he'll only be free when Doflamingo is taken down. When Cora's last words and thoughts were about how Law was already free from his shackles. But Law failed to see/realize that making him single mindedly obsessed with the idea of taking down Doflamingo, which Sanji called him out for. And that imo makes the difference between Luffy and Law and why Luffy was the one actually able to take down Doffy in the end. Luffy thwarted each of his plans. The trap in the coloseum? Lol The flare flare fruit? Lol Luffy was already raiding his castle! And his crew's decision forced the toy situation to be revealed (not Law's plan). The Strawhats only did one thing that was planned and it was to destroy the Smile Factory. They even took Cesar with them. Bellamy was the closest Doffy got to having Luffy play his game and it only fueled Luffy's fire even more. He's never been madder at an antagonist before. '' It's suffocating me!! " was such a perfect release of that frustration too before taking him down finally.
