I have no idea why they skip some openings on the Subbed episodes, but retain them on the Dubbed episodes but they do. Also here’s a fun fact about opening 12. The voice actors for all of the Straw Hats are singing the backing vocals during the song, which is a really nice touch.

(Like the luffy vs franky boxing one, the merry train etc.)

The most annoying part is the english dub still has it added (yes I am a proud dub enthusiast) so I'm not sure if it's a rights thing or just laziness.
