You need a clear coat. That seals up everything

2024-11-09 00:43:10 +0000 UTCMy main issue i had with paint was durability. I used the same metallic can but unless i let it cure for a few days i always got deep marks anywhere it was handled. I am curious if it's just poor painting on my part or not.

2024-11-09 00:42:29 +0000 UTCAmazing! I did a very similar process with my most recent master sword. One thing I have that I don't expect everyone to have is a belt printer. It makes printing full blades split lengthwise possible. Just saves a bit of time in post but not absolutely necessary. I had noticed in previous projects that the paint liked to crack at the seams near the hiilt.
