Chapter 9
Added 2024-11-26 14:26:39 +0000 UTCChieftain Ahohek began the battle by breathing a cloud of superheated steam at us in a thirty-foot cone. I dodged away, leaping off to the side and evading the attack altogether. I was luckier on that than Shavariel was, however, as I had managed to leap away in time to avoid taking the full brunt of the attack. Shavariel wasn't so lucky, boiling inside her armor as the full brunt of the steam breath granted by Aremag's Pride hit her. Both Janessa and Selima managed to get out of the way of the blast and avoid taking it fully simply by dint of being further away when the steam hit, though some of the blast still seeped through their armor and robes, scalding them.
I shoved myself up to my feet in time to be smashed into by Chieftan Ahohek as he burst out of the steam alongside an Officer Sahuagin and a Sahuagin Warrior. His bull rush smashed me back cracking my nose from the weight of Aremag's Wisdom smashing into me and sending me hurtling back five feet as the Officer and Warrior next to him slashed out at my reeling form, with the Officer catching me above the greave but below the tassets with a swipe of its trident, opening a gash just above my knee. I collapsed to the floor just as the Warrior's Trident tines struck the stones near where I had been.
Ahohek kept moving through my space, sweeping out with his blade and catching me with a glancing blow that sizzled and cauterized the gash on my bicep even as it opened it, just before I skidded just out of reach. Bloodied and burned, I shoved myself back to my feet, spotting more Warriors, NCOs, and Officers exiting the opposite corridor. Shavariel was engaged with a Sahuagin Officer, two Sahuagin NCOs, and Eight Sahuagin Warriors. Meanwhile, Selima was engaged against Eight Sahuaguin Warriors, a Sahuagin NCO, and a Sahuagin Officer, and Janessa was facing an NCO, an Officer, and Three Warriors. In total, Ahohek had brought Thirty-Two Warriors, Four Officers, and Four NCOs to help him kill us, which wasn't great odds. In fact, we probably weren't going to make it out of this.
Fortunately, Janessa was able to get a single spell off that was about to turn the tide of this fight. Out of all the Sahuagin fighting, most were packed tightly enough together that she hit all but Two of the Officers, Two of the NCOs, and Three of the Warriors with a Color Spray Spell, rendering all of the Warriors she hit Unconscious, Blinded, and Stunned while all of the NCOs and Officers she hit were Stunned and Blinded. That dropped the forces my allies were fighting down to a manageable One Officer, One NCO, and Two Warriors. They could deal with that, I just had to do my part against Ahohek and his group, which was easier said than done.
In came Ahohek again lashing out at me with a powerful blow of Aremag's Fury, cutting a line across my other Bicep, even as I backpedaled away that seared shut as quickly as it opened up via the power of scalding steam. His second blow, however, I parried on my bucket, even as the Warrior's Trident skidded off the Jack of my Armor and the Officer just barely missed my throat as I ducked. I came up lashing out in a strike that managed to cut into the Ahohek's right leg, even as I engaged my Jack again, funneling electric power into my strike for the second time today. Ahohek convulsed as the power flowed from my Jack, through my sword, and sizzled into his body.
It wasn't enough, he was still in far better shape than I was, but I had a plan, igniting the blinding flash on my Buckler. The Officer and the Warrior seemed blinded, but Ahohek seemed unaffected, however, as the Warrior stumbled into my blade, blindness opening a gap in its defenses that I exploited to take its head, and the Officer's trident skidded off my Jack, electric tingles flowing up the bronze and steel shaft to electrocute it, I felt I had breathing room.
That breathing room was quickly taken away from me as I was forced to backpedal away from a swift strike of Aremag's Fury from Ahohek, that just scarcely scratched my leg, hissing steam cauterizing the scratch as it went. I activated my Counterstrike Bracers before I parried his second attack, lunging into a cut that cut a deep gash along Ahohek's swordarm. Ahohek was pressed back, but rallied, dodging my follow-on cut and trying once again to charge me, bulling forward with another bull rush that I just barely managed to halt with a shield strike of my own, contesting his assault successfully. This time, when I struck out, the cut opened up a gash on Ahohek's snout that forced him backward and put us both at equivalent levels of wounded, finally.
In came the Officer, striking for my side after clearing the blindness from its eyes only to get a slingstone to the side of the head and crumpling to the floor. Ahohek looked around as did I, seeing Janessa, Shavariel, and Selima wounded, but alive, standing amidst a pile of corpses only some of which were able to fight back.
"I may die here, but you die first!" Snarled Ahohek.
Then he pointed Aremag's Fury at me. It spat a line of Scalding Steam at me and I tried to dodge, diving for the floor to the side, but couldn't, taking the steam full blast in the chest as it seeped through my armor, scalding my torso horribly. I hit the stone floor with a grunt of pain and a whoosh of expelled air, somehow alive, though my buckler and longsword skittered away. I flipped onto my back, wincing in pain in time to see Ahohek lung for me with Aremag's Fury thrusting downward to skewer me through the throat
I had only a few seconds to think of something. My hand closed on the hilt of the Sea Snake Dagger, drawing it from my bag of holding, even as I incanted a few, melodic, mystical syllables and cast Duellist's Parry. Somehow, I managed to snap off a parry with the Dagger, sending Aremag's Fury just wide enough to sink into the stones next to my neck, rather than kill me. I surged up with the Fang Dagger just as Shavariel reached my position with her Trident. Ahohek put his shield up in time to knock Shavariel Away with a shield bash, but my thrust took him in the back of the neck, corrosive power eating away at Ahohek's head from behind.
I huffed and puffed, a half dozen different scalded wounds crisscrossed my frame, but I was alive. That was more than I could say for Ahohek or any of his minions. I grunted and began stripping him of his equipment. Selima moved over to me and began muttering prayers to Deneir to heal my wounds as I worked while Janessa and Shavariel began chugging potions. In the end, nobody came out of that fight unwounded, I was just the worst off, being almost dead compared to Janessa and Selima's Half-Dead or Shavariel's Mostly Dead. Fortunately, Janessa managed to scavenge three more Potions of Cure Light Wounds and another two Potions of Cure Moderate Wounds, so healing us all back to full strength wouldn't take up all our healing capabilities.
Once we had healed up, I claimed Aremag's Pride, Aremag's Fury, and Aremag's Wisdom for myself, while Janessa Claimed his Cloak of Resistance and Bag of Holding, Selima Claimed his Amulet of Natural Armor, and Shavariel Claimed his Ring of Protection. The Bronze and Copper Azurite and Bloodstone-Studded Arm Ring went into the Bag of Holding, as it was worth no less than one-hundred-fifty Amnian Danter. Meanwhile, Shavariel claimed the Studded Jack of the Electric Eel, since I was taking Aremag's Pride, shuffling my Mithril Breastplate off to Selima, while my Longsword and Buckler went into the Bag of Holding for later.
Aside from all that, the hoard we found on these Sahuagin was mighty, Four Tridents Plus One, Four Tortoiseshell Light Shields Plus One, Four Suits of Coral-Studded Sharkskin Armor Plus One, Four Masterwork Tridents, Four Masterwork Tortoiseshell Light Shields, Four Masterwork Suits of Coral Studded Sharkskin Armor, Thirty-Two Tridents, Thirty-Two Tortoiseshell Light Shields, and Thirty-Two Suits of Sharkskin Armor, plus some three-thousand miscellaneous coins worth of Amnian Danter. All went in the bags of Holding, as was standard practice by now. We would divide larger shares of spoils not immediately relevant later.
As we moved through the hall on the opposite side of the Grand Entryway, however, we noticed it was staggeringly empty. We weren't entirely certain why until we came to a three-way intersection and noticed a group of fleeing Sahuagin. They were headed down a hallway toward a stairway and we rushed after them, only to encounter another poison dart trap in the intersection that forced me to jam shut the pressure plate, wasting valuable time to disarm it. When we managed that and finally traced the Sahuagin's steps down the far stairway, all we found was a room with a series of pools of Seawater. The Sahuagin had apparently realized their Capital was lost and were swimming for smoother waters, so to speak.
"The Rats are abandoning the ship." Smirked Janessa.
"As well they should, we've slaughtered all of them when we found them." Scoffed Shavariel.
"Let's not count our chickens just yet." I huffed.
"Pardon? What is a chicken?" Questioned Shavariel.
"A land animal. it isn't important, I believe what Robar is saying is that there may yet be other Sahuagin lying in wait." Answered Selima.
"Then we shall slaughter them as well! No mercy for the Shark Men!" Scowled Shavariel.
"Bloodthirsty, aren't you?" Queried Janessa.
"You would be too, had you endured what I have." Intoned Shavariel.
"Come on, we still haven't found their Baron or their Priestess, much less our First Mate. A holding of this size would have both and Orla is the whole reason we came here." I insisted.
As we turned back, we took the left-hand path at the intersection, pausing only for me to retrieve the vial of Numbfish Jelly Venom set in the poison dart trap. This too led to a stairwell down, though it led to a flooded chamber, with an altar in it, a silver shark idol stood on the altar, along with a Dagger Plus Two that was clearly used for sacrifices, given the bloodstains on the altar around the Idol. This was clearly some sort of temple, and judging by the Shark Idol, the main place of Sekolah Worship in the Fortress.
As we entered, however, the flooded portion began to bubble to reveal a Female Sahuagin Clad in a Breastplate Plus Two, with a Cloak of Resistance Plus Two, Amulet of Natural Armor Plus Two, and Ring of Protection Plus Two, as well as a Blue and Pink Shell Helmet that I was unable to identify and a Pink and Blue Coral Ring on her other hand I was also unable to identify. She had on a decorative Silver Arm Ring with Jade, Coral, Ivory, and Jet Inlay, and wielded a pair of Tridents Plus Two, one in each hand.
As she bubbled up out of the water, she wasn't alone either, two Younger, Female, Sahuagin Underpriestesses exited the flooded section alongside the clear Priestess, equipped in Coral Studded Sharkskin Armor Plus One with Tridents Plus One and Tortoiseshell Light Shields Plus One for armaments. All three of them locked onto us as we entered and the Head Priestess snarled, showing a mouthful of teeth.
"She has my ring!" Hissed Shavariel.
"I have more than your ring, I hold that one's Heathen Hammer as well, it is down at the bottom of the well! If you want them, you will have to spill my blood and that of my apprentices here, but be warned, to do so will summon a servant of Sekolah into the Well! You see, foolish Land-Dwellers? Even if you should slay me, you will not win this day!" Snarled the Priestess.
"She's bluffing. Unless she was unusually favored by Sekolah, the most she would be capable of summoning like that is a Minor Servant of the Shark God, nothing higher than Fourth Circle." Advised Selima.
"You think so? I invite you to test that, stupid Landwalker! I am Kaia, Priestess and Queen of these Waters! I have had years to work Sekolah's Will!" Retorted the Priestess, Kaia.
Something about that sounded off to me, though. Like she was trying just a little bit too hard to make that little speech of hers believable. I was willing to bet our lives that Selima was right. This Priestess Kaia couldn't likely summon anything greater than a Large Fiendish Shark for her contingency.
"No. I'm calling your bluff." I intoned.
"You what?" Asked Priestess Kaia.
"I'm calling your bluff. I'm willing to bet our lives that Selima is right, I'm willing to bet yours as well." I reiterated.
"Then you will die!" Growled Priestess Kaia.
"You first, Bitch of Sekolah!" Taunted Shavariel.
"You dare mock me? I am going to enjoy flensing the meat from your bones!" Shrieked Priestess Kaia.
Suddenly, a slingstone flew toward Priestess Kaia from Janessa, smashing into her snout with a flash of light and sending her stumbling away, helm just barely preventing that blow from being truly telling.
"You talk too much!" Snapped Janessa.
Then, Priestess Kaia righted herself and snarled out a curse in the guttural language of the Sahuagin. A series of blades that looked like shark-teeth knives materialized in a whirling cloud above Priestess Kaia's head, even as her two Underpriestesses moved toward us. Janessa flung another slingstone at one of the Underpriestesses that struck the Shark Woman in the shoulder with a bright burst of light as the Underpriestess staggered. However, the other Underpriestess charged in at Shavariel and slammed into her in a bull rush, snarling out another curse in the guttural Sahuagin Language. The Underpriestess' Hand glowed with a fell, crimson, light and latched onto Shavariel's left arm. A bloody gash tore open on Shavariel's left bicep as if the Underpriestess' hand had become a fell Shark and had bitten Shavriel's bicep open. In response, Shavariel stabbed out with her Trident, catching the Underpriestess in the leg.
Of course, then I moved to cut out at the Underpriestess that Janessa had struck with her sling, slashing out with Aremeg's Fury. The blade cleaved into the Underpriestess' Shield Arm almost to the bone, hissing steam as it cauterized the wound to do so. In response, the Underpriestess bit out a curse in the Gutteral Sahuagin Language and slapped my thigh below the tassets of Aremeg's Pride. I suddenly felt my leg be savaged by what felt like spectral teeth savaged my leg, ripping into my thigh like it had been mauled by a shark. I fell back with a cry of pain, just barely avoiding the incoming thrown force blade from Priestess Kaia.
To my right, Shavariel and Selima were hammering and skewering at the other Underpriestess, while Janessa slammed a slingstone into the side of the other Underpriestess, who staggered as she took the stone, infused as it was with holy light. However, priestess Kaia made her way across the flooded well of the Chamber and lunged for Janessa with a hand crackling with crimson light, who thankfully managed to skip away toward me, even as the Underpriestess fighting me moved to strike Janessa with her trident. That opened her up for me, however, and I ran her through with Aremag's fury, literally plunging the tip of the longsword into the armpit of the Underpriestess, which was covered only by robes. As the Underpriestess died, the other Underpriestess was battered away from Shavariel and Selima by a spectral weapon.
Then one of the sharktooth force blades from Priestess Kaia slashed out at me, punching into the meat of my ass-cheek underneath the assets of Aremeg's Pride and carving open my ass cheek. I grunted in pain, just as Janessa struck Priestess Kaia with an acid arrow as she lunged for her, hand crackling with crimson light once again, literally slapping Janessa in the face moments after taking the Acid Arrow to the shoulder between the pauldron and breastplate of her armor. Janessa cried out in pain, face torn open down to the bone in some places, and fell back, not dead yet, but almost, crawling away from Priestess Kaia to the corner to heal.
"Janessa!" I called out, pointing Aremag's Fury at Priestess Kaia and willing the steam forth.
Suddenly, a line of steam blasted forth toward Priestess Kaia, who moved deceptively quickly to escape the boiling line of scalding steam. She still took some of the blast, a graze rather than anything serious, raising a few angry welts on the leathery skin of her face as she was only briefly touched by the steam. In response, another knife was sent my way, punching into my shoulder where it was uncovered by armor, her follow-on twin trident blows, however, I managed to put Aremeg's Wisdom in front of, the weapons skidding off the shield. Then there was a strangled gasp from behind her, and the second Underpriestess finally went down to a thrust through the throat by Shavariel's Trident, causing Selima to rush to my aid.
"Fools! I will not be bested so easily! Snarled Priestess Kaia.
As she said that, she sent a spectral knife blade streaking for Selima and scored a hit in the crook of her elbow where the vambrace didn't cover. That forced Selima to drop her Shield Arm slightly, allowing Priestess Kaia to lung at her with both tridents, one of those tridents skewered through Selima's thigh, while the other skittered off her breastplate, however, the Spectral Hammer still slammed into Priestess Kaia's side, staggering her.
Shavariel made her way over as well, lunging with her trident only for Priestess Kaia to tangle her Trident up with her off-hand Trident. Another knife blade cut into Selima, cutting across the bridge of her nose, even as Priestess Kaia thrust her main-hand trident into Shavariel's side, tines striking into Shavariel's Armpit, plunging deep even as Priestess Kaia uttered a Gutteral Curse in the Language of the Sahuagin and took a bloody chunk out of Shavariel's leg with a kick, gouging out a shark bite-type of wound. Now, however, it was my turn to attack again, slashing my Longsword into Priestess Kaia's Off-hand from behind and cleaving the arm clean off. A last knife blade struck out, Keeping Selima at bay with a cut to the crook of the elbow where the Vambrace didn't cover.
Priestess Kaia raised her Main-Hand Trident and thrust for me, punching into my shoulder through a gap in the armor. However, just as she did that, a slingstone came in and smashed into Priestess Kaia's face, snapping her head around with a cracking noise of breaking vertebrae and a flash of white light. I turned to see Janessa, huffing, puffing, barely standing, but alive and victorious as Priestess Kaia fell to the flagstones, dead. There was a light from under the water of the flooded well as the blood drained into the well from below, and a large shadow appeared as if from nowhere, Priestess Kaia's Contingency disgorging a Large Fiendish Shark to guard Selima's Hammer as a final fuck you to the rest of us.
"I'm beat, does anyone have any potions?" I questioned.
"We have a few, enough that when combined with my remaining spells, we should be able to heal fully, but that's all." Informed Selima.
"Heal Janessa first, then Heal Shavariel and I. We're going down after your hammer." I insisted.
"Between the two of us, we should be able to deal with that beast." Nodded Shavariel.
"Good, I'm just gonna sit down for a bit." Remarked Janessa, sitting down heavily on the bare stone of the chamber floor.
Janessa was soon healed up and then Selima got to healing Shavariel and I. Once that was finished, we plunged down into the water after the Fiendish Shark to retrieve Selima's Hammer. Compared to dealing with Priestess Kaia, however, the Shark was child's play, especially as Aremag's Wisdom granted me the ability to swim, move, and breathe underwater like any denizen of the deep. It turned out that being a low-level Servant of Sekolah meant strong, but stupid. One of us simply had to keep the Shark's Attention while the other hit it from behind. Shavariel only got hit once during the entire escapade and it took a minute or two, but we managed to inflict a death of a thousand cuts on the damned thing. It discorporated as it died, leaving behind a tar-like slime in the water that wrinkled my nose before that too faded.
Moments later, we dove down and retrieved Selima's Hammer. It was a thing of darkwood and adamantine, wrapped in brown leather, and inscribed with the candle and eye of Denier alongside a number of holy glyphs that I couldn't decipher. As we pulled it up to the surface and clambered out of the flooded well, I turned to see that Selima and Janessa had scavenged the equipment. Janessa was wearing the Shell Helmet which she identified as the Helm of the Seaborne Menagerie that could grant a number of abilities to the wearer that mimicked those of animals found at sea a number of times per day.
Meanwhile, Selima Claimed the Breastplate and her Hammer, leaving the Cloak of Resistance and Ring of Protection for me and the Amulet of Natural Armor for Shavariel, along with the Coral Ring of Water Breathing and one of the Tridents Plus Two of Priestess Kaia.
The rest of the loot in the room went into the Bag of Holding, save for a few scrolls, a Wand of Identify with Thirty-Five Charges, and a pair of Bracers of Armor Plus Six that were found stashed away in an alcove, all of which went to Janessa. The scrolls were scrolls of Chain Missile, Acid Breath, Disrupting Hand, and Blink, and were all spells of the Third Circle. These were found alongside a Handy Haversack, a Helm of Darkvision, an Efficient Quiver, and a Longbow Plus Two with a supplemental quiver of ten fire arrows and ten normal arrows. I took the helm, Efficient Quiver, and Handy Haversack, while Shavariel Took the Longbow and Normal Quiver of Arrows.
The other loot that went into the common pile was, after a bit of searching, the Silver Arm Ring with Jade, Coral, Ivory, and Jet Inlay worth around three hundred Amnian Danter, the Sacrificial Dagger Plus Two, the Solid Silver Shark Idol which was worth around six hundred Amnian Danter, one Trident Plus Two, Two Sets of Coral Studded Sharkskin Armor Plus One, Two Tridents Plus One, and Two Tortoiseshell Light Shields Plus One, along with around one-thousand-six hundred Amnian Danter worth of miscellaneous Coinage.
We also found two more potions of Cure Light Wounds, enough to heal Shavariel up to full health after the encounter with the Large Fiendish Shark. We were now out of healing, almost anyway. I still had a Cure Light Wounds Spell I could cast as a Bard, but I was keeping it in reserve. We had yet to run across the Baron, after all, and might need it.
With this chamber stripped bare, we made our way back up the stairs to the Intersection, this time choosing the only path left that we hadn't gone down yet. This path led up to another grand staircase, which led out onto the Balustrades surrounding the entrance hall. We headed out, stopping briefly to notice that the bodies of the Javelin Sahuagin from earlier had been picked over for anything of use and left here to rot before continuing on.
Going around revealed cleared-out barracks and storerooms filled with provisions, the searching of which turned up nothing but questionable meat and amphorae of fermented fish guts that served as the Sahuagin equivalent of wine. One room had a rusty iron grate for a door that was left ajar, clearly serving as some sort of treasury, now emptied out as it became every Sahuagin for themselves.
Eventually, we came to another stairwell, this one leading up one more level. Climbing it brought us to a pair of double doors, entering through which revealed a square, dwarven, hall with old stonework, a granite, stone, throne was shot through with veins of greenish marble and rose up out of the very rock of the floor at the end of the hallway. Sitting in it, with two Sahuagin Officers flanking him, was a large, Red and White, Sahuagin wearing a Breastplate I couldn't Identify that seemed made out of Crab Shell reinforced with gold and bronze. He bore a Trident that sparked with crackles of electricity that I also couldn't identify, and had a Cloak of Resistance Plus Three, a Ring of Protection Plus Three, and an Amulet of Natural Armor Plus Three along with a Tortoiseshell Light Shield Plus Two. He also wore around his arm, a Gold Arm Ring Studded with Moss Agates and Black Opals, a Symbol of his rule.
"You Landwalkers have no idea what it is you have done! Do you think that just because you have torn the heart out of my domain, you have rid the seas of my kind? There will be others swarming to fill the gap you've created, a veritable feeding frenzy! You have changed nothing of consequence!" Snarled the Sahuagin, clearly Baron Keloss.
"That may be true, but you have something of ours. Someone who we can't proceed without." I pointed out.
"All this over a Female? She cannot even speak to your Gods, I've checked! That is insane!" Snarled Baron Keloss.
"You wouldn't understand what having companions is like." Scoffed Janessa.
"You want the Female? Fine! Bring her!" Growled Baron Keloss.
Suddenly a door opened up, cunningly hidden in the side of the throne room. Out marched another trio of Sahuagin, Two NCOs plus One Officer. They brought with them the Redheaded, Buxom, Leather-clad Form of Orla Devlin, First Mate of the Speedy Drake, bound in chains. She looked like she'd seen better days, with one of her eyes blacked by a Sahuagin's Fist.
"You believe this makes you safe? You slaughtered my Men! You shamed me! You shamed my father!" Shouted Shavriel, before Selima placed a hand on her shoulder.
"Peace, this is no time to lose your head." Intoned Selima.
"The She-Elf is correct, I do not think this makes me safe, but neither should you slaying my Guards and tearing my Barony asunder believe the same for yourselves. This is the key to those chains, slay me and take it from my corpse, or perish here!" Announced Baron Keloss.
The two Sahuagin NCOs took the key from their Baron and then used it to chain Orla up on an iron ring set into the granite of the Throne Room Wall. Orla spat at them as they did so, but received a punch to the gut for her trouble, doubling her over.
"Hey!" I shouted.
I moved toward Orla, only for Baron Keloss to move deceptively swiftly to bar my way. Striking out with his Trident, he forced me to backpedal away from the blow. The Trident struck the stone of the floor with the sound and fury of a thunderbolt, a sonic crack echoing even as a burst of electricity scorched the flagstones where I'd been standing black. I retreated back to the group as the NCOs moved to join Baron Keloss and the three Officers opposite us.
Then, Baron Keloss roared out, "Kill them!"
And the final battle for the Keloss Barony had begun. . .
XXXX
AN: Long one this time, going through two boss fights and exploration of most of the Fortress. They've geared up and leveled up, but now they have to face the Baron and his personal Guards. When this fight is over, for good or for ill, the sidequest will be done and all that will be left is trying to get the slaves to civilization and sharing the communal loot.
Yeah, so a full tribe of Sahuagin has anywhere from seventy to one-hundred-sixty Sahuagin in it, plus an equivalent number of non-combatants. Even if they win here, they won't have taken out the whole tribe, they only fought around ninety-four Sahuagin so far, with Baron Keloss and his Personal Guard making one hundred. Plus some of those guys were from Chieftain Ahohek's Nomad Band. However, when you're getting slaughtered, the intelligent thing to do is run away to fight again another day, especially if you're a noncombatant. That's what the rest of the Baron's Warriors have done, plus all his non-combatants.
It's still a pretty damned impressive achievement. While the Sahuagin of the Keloss Barony might survive as a remnant, the Barony itself won't, as it is going to be gobbled up by greedy Rival Barons in a feeding frenzy, just like Baron Keloss Predicted. The Sahuagin will still be around, but you can bet whoever takes over the territory will be more circumspect about raiding surface ships for a while.
At any rate, the next chapter will be the fight with Baron Keloss and the wrap-up with this Sidequest. I'll have images and updated character sheets before then. Everyone got a lot of new gear plus everyone also got a level up, so that's necessary.
Stay tuned. . .
