I don’t fully agree with what Cristina said it was mean but it kind of needed to be said. I don’t think Meredith hates her like Cristina said but she doesn’t want to be around her and Lexie never gives Meredith any room to breath and keeps going to her when she’s made it 100 times clear she doesn’t want to have a relationship with her. I like Lexie too but she’s incredibly pushy when it comes to Meredith and lacks the empathy to understand that Meredith had a completely different experience with their father. The man abandoned her for 25 years started a new family and then slapped her for God’s sake. Not only that but she and Molly didn’t even know Meredith existed! Thatcher still didn’t want to tell Molly and Lexie even when he and Susan (his wife that died) were starting to be around Meredith more, going to her house for dinner, Susan buying her groceries (season 3) and that’s not on Lexie by any means but after what happened after Susan died and after years being raised an only child you can’t blame her for not wanting any kind of relationship from that part of the family. Her comment about Meredith failing her expectations… What? She doesn’t owe you anything! lol. Give it time.
