I always love that Logan was 100% honest with Rory, he never led her on and it shows how well he knew her (but wasn't willing to coddle her - this comes up later because people hate on Logan for things where I'm like... she's not his responsibility, she makes her own choices). I also like that he doesn't just worship her even as he considers her special. It's pretty mature for an immature 21(ish) year old imo.
