i’m neutral towards jess, but it wasn’t her fault schmidt got fired. he hadn’t been doing the work he’s been paid to do, and he’s the one who accidentally sent his emails to his boss, which led to her being made aware of it. it just so happened she found out when schmidt brought jess to work and consequently led to him and jess running around chaotically. #justiceforjess
