I loved Bailey but forcing your child on your intern and making them care for him all shift is such a gross abuse of power as their superior, not to mention how fucking unprofessional it is! If you can’t get a paid sitter then you call in to work! You don’t get to use your intern who is there to do their job as a free babysitter!

2023-09-06 15:45:59 +0000 UTCMaternity leave is only 6 weeks at most places. Many daycares won’t accept a baby before that either. I’m not sure how much time has passed in Shonda land but it may have been about 6 weeks.
