Newsletter: January 2023

Hey Squish Supporters, Happy New Year! It’s time, once again, for a bunch of updates on what’s happening and what you can expect in January.

Let’s start with a recap of the poll results from December …

• WG Sequence Poll Winner: Ochaco from My Hero Academia.

A note on the Ochaco sequence and future sequences: I'm in the final stages of planning, so this may change, but expect about 5 parts. I'd like to keep making longer sequences, but I want to make great sequences first and foremost, and to do that, I need to focus on quality over quantity. To be clear, the number of parts has no bearing on the final size of the character. I am specifically limiting the number of parts so that I can make each one the best it can be, and deliver a satisfying, contained story to back it all up. I'd like to return to past sequences when I have the time, but it's hard to do so with a full-time job and other responsibilities getting in the way, so this is what I feel comfortable committing to for now. However, if longer extended sequences are something you're interested in, I'll address that more further down in this post ;)

Anyway, you can expect these to start posting soon, with everything being posted by the end of the month as usual.

Updated Supporter Tiers!

I'm happy to announce the return of the $5/month Super Squish Pack tier, along with the corresponding Explicit Edit Poll. This went on hiatus for a bit while I adjusted to a better work/life balance, but I feel comfortable enough to have this around moving forward. So if you're interested in voting on and receiving exclusive access to some spicy edits, consider updating your subscription. Of course, this benefit is included for $10/month supporters as well.

NEW Patreon Goals!

I've added a couple of long term goals to this Patreon, which I'll detail below:

• If this Patreon reaches $200/month, I'll add a 2nd monthly supporter-voted fan art. This benefit will be available starting at the $3 Squish Pack tier.
• At $500/month, I'll add a new poll: The WG Sequence Extension Poll. Vote on previous sequences to receive an additional 2 parts. This benefit will also be available starting at the $3 Squish Pack tier.

My hope is that these goals will help boost the growth of this community, and hopefully be a small indicator of where the direction of this Patreon is going. If anyone has any feedback or suggestions for other future goals based on what you'd like to see from me, I'd love to hear it! So please feel free to DM me :)

I can't thank you all enough for your support. This Patreon may be small compared to some other artists in this niche, but I have been absolutely blown away by the amount of growth we saw last month. Going from 3 or 4 supporters to 30+ in just one month is incredible to me. I'm working really hard every day to bring more supporters in and deliver on the value you've all been promised.
