I think Rebecca's reactions were the most valid out of anyone this episode. I understand Kevin being on edge too, but he was still consistently aggravating. However, Rebecca not wanting her family to have a huge fight in the middle of the waiting room was needed. Obviously Miguel can and should defend himself, but I think her saying literally nothing they're talking about currently mattered was very poignant.
