The scenes with Brooke and Lucas in this episode and through rest of the season really make you think. What might had been had everything not gone as it went with Sophia and Chad. The chemistry on screen really is still there.

2022-06-29 16:03:15 +0000 UTCAnd the whole Skills/Naley "storyline" was all in his head. You didn't miss anything in previous epis. He wasn't even in epi 13 and 14 was primarily about Q. It was just a storyline for this episode. I think it was for him to express guilt but it did seem really random.🤷🏽♀️

She's not Peyton. Speaking of, I'm not a fan of Peyton, but I wouldn't necessarily say Peyton is the devil. I mean Dan killed his brother. You blame Mark for that but not Peyton's stuff? The writer's are responsible for all the good and the bad. I think Dan killing his brother was a good writing decision. It made his character even more interesting and changed the direction of the show. He certainly had more of an impact than the rest of the parents. It definitely was something Dan had it in him to do. The Nathan/Dan stuff that came from that is great.

He is the one who encouraged Mouth, without consent, to just kiss his boss. I am not a fan of Mouth/Skills friendship, and sadly these are primarily Skills' scenes/storylines now.

He always says "shes gonna come back" "shes supposed to come back" Lucas is so used to girls coming back to him ( aka peyton and brooke )after he screws up the relationship that rn he isnt able to process when something is over.
