I actually love the episode, but I don't like it as a finale. However, when it came out on TV, i think it was a finale where I was really eager to see the next season. Mainly because we saw Alison and this was when we knew she was actually alive. So it felt you wanting more. I don't think the spoby thing happened too fast in my opinion, only because we know he was doing it to protect her and he didn't plan the 'toby death' thing and he was sincerely guilty and felt bad about it all. However, your reasons are valid and I understand where you're coming from.

Personally I don't like the reason that Toby isn't A because he was a double agent going undercover to protect spencer. I wish they actually did make him A it would make more sense then the reason why he isn't.
