The interesting thing about the kissing scene is that it would supposed to play much differently than how it actually ended up. Apparently Jeff Davis wasn't on set that day, so O'Brien & Roden took a chance on how they felt it should go. Davis saw the dailies and was like "oh, yup, that's it". I want to say that this episode was the one where the two of them also did a wee bit of camera work and direction, because it's mentioned in some interviews and bts photos show both of them shouldering cameras & speaking to crew.

2017-11-19 15:58:22 +0000 UTCI'm with Angie. Their journey is what makes the ship. Like, Allison and Scott met and instantly fell in love. But with Stiles and Lydia there's moments and true friendship building underneath the romantic emotions. And they just make such a great team. Stiles' little speech in the dance episode s1 was the first time Lydia had heard someone refer to HER, not the facade she put up. And their bond has only grown from there. Even his infatuation takes a backseat to his friendship with her. Which I appreciate. It stops being about one person being totally into someone and just becomes about the bond they actually share
