I'm sorry that happened. The emails are sent out automatically by Patreon, so I don't control that. I had this happen to me last year with posts from people I support, and I was able to get it fixed by going to the Patreon Help Center: https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us and sending them a note about the problem.
