It’s time to dive back into master studies! This month, we will be studying the expressive brushstrokes of a few painting masterpieces. These artists were incredible at creating rich and realistic detail from just a few expressive brush strokes, and there’s so much we can learn from that. That’s why the reference images consist of close-ups from paintings: that way we can really see the individual lines and strokes that created their beautiful work. Let’s learn from these paintings and practice our brushwork and efficiency!
