I am fascinated by post-apocalyptic stories, but I’m not big on drawing violence/zombies/monsters in my own art, so I want to explore a post apocalyptic world that is more soft and gentle in nature. Maybe this will be part of a series. I referenced a lot of abandoned factories and refineries for this one. Hope you like it!

It’s a very cool take on an apocalypse, feels quite like a still from TWD.. not the gory bits, the reality of the world returning to nature where big industry is forgotten. The little hints of chromatic aberration work here... its been done to death atm, but it does have its place, & that’s right here.
