Monthly report: July 2019/ IMPORTANT INFO

Greetings my cherished benefactors.
Allow me to give you my deepest heartfelt gratitude for supporting my art and helping me realize my passion. :3
I love drawing and I'd like to keep doing it for the foreseeable future. And thanks to your help, I'm able to sustain myself as a freelance artist.
Sometimes life gets on the way, sometimes I don't get much sleep or I have to announce delays, but rest assured I will fulfill all of your rewards in due time.
I hope that you guys stay with me and are able to support me in the long term, I'd be very grateful.
In the event that you can't, please don't worry. Investing in art is a luxury and it's perfectly understandable if you need to use your money for other things. Don't hurt yourselves in order to help me.

This was a very productive month. Should also be called the Neptune month for so many Nep comms coinciding x3 I can't complain tho; I got the chance to practice a lot of new things I've been experimenting on, as well as adding several progress videos  (needed new ones for those x3)
Overall a solid and very content rich month :D

Apologies for the upcoming text wall I need to clarify an important situation that has cropped up now that our patron family has grown considerably. Here goes:
I have a strict work ethic, and I have completed 100% of commissions since I opened Patreon and started accepting them. To my knowledge, no commission has been left unfinished or forgotten.  Demand has steadily grown over the past year and now our family is close 100 wonderful people who support my work and allow me to pay the bills and lead a fulfilling life. This demand has led to overbooks. I have been struggling to keep commissions on schedule due to this demand. This means, delays are in effect for a while, and like I've said in footnotes on all monthly reports, commissions now take longer to complete, but all will be done eventually. I'm doing my best to work as fast as I can, but we are at a turning point where we are too big a family to sustain the same output we had 1 or 2 years ago. I now need to watch my health due to my NAFL and carpal tunnel syndrome so I have to measure my drawing sessions. All I ask is patience. I know it's selfish, but that's all I can ask of you while I do this.

Given that I'm already delayed with comms, a catch up month is coming. For new patrons this means that August will be entirely dedicated to commissions so I can get back on schedule. I will however do 2 lewd specials for August (both will be Patreon exclusives), since it's the most popular reward by far. After the catch up is complete, A restructure to commissions and commission slots will be implemented.  I'm very happy and grateful for high demand, but we need to balance it out in some way. Main reasons for this is because I've seen patrons become understandably upset that their commissions are not yet done and even one for them, who got his commission done recently, left a poor review at my patreon because I took longer to do his commission than he considered acceptable. Also, you guys are supporting me a great deal and you deserve better output from me. A big apology for the long post, but this is something I wanted to make clear. Thanks so much for your support and patience once again. *bows deeply*

Important side note: While August will be a catch up month, Commission slots will reopen again on September as per regular schedule. Albeit this time I will announce the restructure of commissions several days before I open slots.
Side note 2: The restructure's aim is to balance out demand. So a commission rate boost is on the table.

Reminder: Rewards are now distributed via Google drive link which is posted on every finished artwork and on monthly reports. Rewards are added as they are completed. Do keep the link handy. You can still get the rewards the old way, but there's no telling when Patreon will downscale files (seems pretty random.)
