Revisions to Patreon Tiers

I've gone and done and revision to the Patreon tiers and their reward. The following tiers have been revised to the following:
$5 (Sandwich and Side):
[SFW] Full Res PNG pics,
Voting Power
$10 (Hearty Dinner):
[SFW] + [NSFW] FUll Res PNG pics,
Access to PSD/SAI Files
$50 (3-Course Meal):
Guaranteed Sketchmission Stream Sketch (1-Char),
Access to Patreon-Only Stream
$75 (Neverending Buffet):
Guaranteed Sketchmission Stream Sketch (1-Char),
Access to Patreon-Only Stream
