You're the new security guard at Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex, and Fred is giving you a tour of the place and showing you all the friendly faces. He asked his BF (or yours depending on the actions taken, for example dating Freddy will cause Foxy to hook up with another member like Monty or Bonnie, etc.) where Bonnie was. And at one point, Fred and Foxy seemed to have a bit of alone time...
The Fazwatch is used to go to different areas in the Pizzaplex, and check statuses or show message logs.
