After the blackout
Added 2025-04-29 20:59:36 +0000 UTCI was away in my training these days and the blackout in Spain found my on a train in the middle of nowhere. It took me 15 hours to get back home instead of 3, and it was a real odyssey, a funny and enjoyable one. Very surreal times and feeling very grateful for all the lovely people I met yesterday under those circumstances, and all the small gestures of compassion and care that make life so beautiful. Highlight who healing connection is. Meaningful connections. Connections from a place of love and compassion.
After days without swimming, it was particularly tasty to be back in the river.
