My body is still landing from last week's training in the city.
I'm prioritising sleep/rest and somehow I've been sleeping 9-10 hours the last few nights (with a few cat interruptions of course) and new routines.
Today I even didn't want to go to the river. I feel it was because of tiredness+very grey day. And I was ok with that. No inner judgment.
I went for a walk in the woods to get some fresh air, and I felt immediately more energised and alive so at the end my body asked me for a dip.
