Today I did quite a lot of heavy work in the garden. A few hours really immersed in the soil, expanding the area where I grow veggies. I felt really good, really satisfying job as the soil wasn't too compact like last year. The dips were really the best reward 🙏🏾 fantastic contrast after feeling quite sweaty. You can even appreciate my red legs after the cold water. I went in a few times, it was so good 🤤

I love days like this, and I'm really excited about dreaming the veggie garden for the months to come.

Right now I'm harvesting rocket, kale, spring greens (that's the most similar translation), beetroot, leek, chard and soon I'll be harvesting yacón for the first time (a Latin American tuber which is like a fruit). I tried again broccoli and cauliflower this year but snails devour them. Oh well, at least they enjoyed it 🤓
