Dip in the snowy river
Added 2024-12-13 17:57:49 +0000 UTCToday I went on a little swimming adventure with a friend who lives in the mountains. We were hoping to find some snow and we did!
I had my neoprene socks on. Thank goodness for that 😅 I went in 3 times, and really enjoyed it. Some loud shouting included, very cleansing too. Then I was yawning the whole way back, definitely a sign of my nervous system having been reset. Deeply relaxed 🙏🏾
