It's been a few weeks since I started looking after myself by going to a holistic therapist that cosmos put in front of me.
It's so good to feel how shifts happen once we put the intention and find someone with the ability to support us by doing what they love and live. And it's just the beginning of a big change ππ½
For those of us who support others in their healing journeys it's is so important to constantly look after ourselves so we can keep being in service, to ourselves, others and all that is ππ½
