Do you carry m(any) masks? With whom? With whom can you be authentic? When or where do you feel most authentic?
I remembered a conversation with a neighbour months ago; they reflected that they'd miss our conversations in the river as he found them to be really authentic. I do feel that being nude outdoors is a portal for authenticity; no possibilities to hide, and nature can hold everything.

2024-02-08 19:50:20 +0000 UTCIt's quite difficult to say how many masks we have. We may be aware of some that we carefully craft (at work, at church, in the neighborhood). Others are more subtle and we indeed may wear some in front of ourselves β I certainly do. Anyway, I love when our civil masks ale allowed to come off. And I try to take them off in front of my children, admitting fear, confusion or sadness, for example.
