Moody weekend
Added 2023-10-30 20:53:40 +0000 UTCThis extended weekend was not an easy one... it involved a lot of driving, reflections, communication, sadness, self-sorrowness, numbness, uneas, tiredness... thank goodness encounters with the sea were there to soothe, to wash headaches away, to wake me up, to hold me... the trip felt like a rite of passage. Synchronicity with lunal eclipse and nearly Samhain... not surprised about this conjunction... have you been feeling special tension in areas of communication, relationships these days?
Life is such a ride, it can be so intense to fully FEEL 💙

Hi Nicolas, thanks for your care. Much stirring, and yes, deep sadness moving through. It's part of being alive, going through all the emotions available to us, work with them, or give them space... It's tough, it can feel horrible, but it can also be very healing. I believe this weekend was that... It was very unexpected for sure.
