Edge UI 0.55 Public release

Version 0.55 is now Public and with a FOMOD, thanks to @enneal !
Test it out and please let us know if something in the FOMOD isn't working.
*Update 1: Be aware that latest AE release is partially incompatible, as some mods required are not updated to work on AE
*Update 2: Make sure that you install Dear Diary Dark Mode and then overwrite it with Edge UI, as I forgot to include some assets needed for my UI to function
* Update 3: Patreon has an awful notifications UI, so if you experience any problems with my UI installation, or have any other questions, please join my discord server, Its a lot easier to manage the questions/problems there: https://discord.gg/sGjm2uvKAu
As always,
- Make sure that nothing besides your custom fonts is overwriting Edge UI
- Make sure that nothing is overwriting PapyrusUtil
- Make sure that you install all the requirements for Edge UI to work, you can follow this link for the old load order, its pretty much the same for the 0.55 version : https://edge-ui-docs.vercel.app/documentation#load-list
If you just recently bought the Early Access tier - fear not, 0.60 is half way done, and I'll drop the first test assets this weekend (if my boss wont feel like a sadist to make me work the third week in a row with 1 day free)

Absolutely love this UI! Thank you so much for making it. I'm running into an issue with the dialog menus. They're squished and I cannot for the life of me figure out why. Everything else is running perfectly. Could you possibly help me with what I might be missing? Thank you in advance!

I'm currently using JPEX Free Flash Decompiler but it's not immediately clear to me which DefineEditText that I need to change. I specifically wanted to adjust the width of the box, and make the lines line break automatically when it exceeds the width. Would you happen to know how?

Basically, if something doesnt work in the skyhud.txt file, I search for that asset in the .swf (hudmenu.swf) and move its sprite there, either by manually dragging it, or by changing the location in script. You can use JPEXs for simple UI editing like that. I'll publish novice friendly UI tutorials after I finish Edge UI.

I've been learning modding UI for quite some time now and very interested in how you managed to make the "message info" right aligned like that. How so? Modifying fMessageInfoPosX in skyhud.txt doesn't cut it. Would you mind sharing a little tips for an aspiring UI modder here? Thanks so much in advance. :)

2024-04-15 21:51:31 +0000 UTCthat makes sense, skill menu seems to be the only menu that ultrawide monitors have trouble on. no worries tho i was able to add this untarnished UI patch - unsquished which helps, but ends up stretching out some prompts from your UI. any idea when you think youll release 0.60?

This is a PUBLIC ALPHA RELEASE that was made for SE, and you're on AE which 100% is the reason for your CTDS and has nothing to do with my mod itself. 3. I'm not a wizard and cant read minds, so I dont know how you expect me to help you solve the problem. You didnt provide any additional information on your load order setup, ignored my questions about installed mods and possible solutions in discord. 4. Calling something scam and rip off publicly is something you should be careful about in adulthood, atleast google the meaning of your accuse and the consequences of false accusements.

2024-02-27 07:15:30 +0000 UTCYou're absolutely right, this is my mistake. I completely forgot that DIP is a tool that you have to run manually for the patching process to work, and I had updated Racemenu before starting a new game prior to finishing up my playthrough mod overhauling.

2024-02-27 05:40:18 +0000 UTCThere are no racemenu files in any versions of Edge UI. Make sure you use DDDM as the base UI mod and overwrite it with Edge

Now for your question: I remember about LotD not showing up in inventory/morehud and guess that I've missed the script that does the displaying part, because I'm working on outdated nordic ui files. I will make the patch myself or ask for the creators help after I release the 0.60 version, as it will be the last stepping stone before I can call the UI fully functional.

Back now supporting at least. Also had a question, do you plan on adding support for LotD, Curator's companion at some point? Feel like it's the only thing missing from making this the absolute go-to for modern UI. Thank you for all your hard work~
