I haven't been able to get many hours of sleep in the last few day/week in comparison with my normal rhythm. Active mind. But first things first: early dip in the river, breathing amongst the trees, seeing and hearing king fisher and crow... in order to ground and start the day with a different, recharged energy. Soothing.
