Ars has resigned
Added 2017-08-29 14:29:36 +0000 UTCHey everybody, just wanted to shoot out a quick update to let you all know Ars, our short-lived pixel artist, has officially resigned from Crisis Point for reasons I won't get into here. Suffice it to say he's being forced to give up the project, not that he wants to leave. I know I had a bit of a meltdown about this before (sincerest apologies for that), but since I've had time to come to terms with it I'm fine now, just ready to move forward. For the time being, Orexius will be handling all the pixel art he can, and I'll try to pick up the slack. However, we are going to be looking to hire another pixel artist if possible. If anyone has recommendations, or even if you're interested in the gig and have experience, feel free to shoot me a message about it!
That's about it today. Still no luck finding that damn bug from the last post tho :( I wanna die ngl

Thanks, I'll have to check that out and see if anything comes from it! To be honest I haven't really looked for a new pixel artist much, been focused on the game itself, but I'll keep that place in mind for when I do start looking.

2017-08-29 16:10:46 +0000 UTCWell, Ars was going to help reworking Alicia's animations since he's a more talented pixel artist than either me or Orexius, so it might be a little trickier to bring her animations up to quality - and we were going to rework many enemy animations to be better, too. It's gonna slow down the animation side of the Great Rework, but hopefully we can find a replacement relatively easily. No other details on the bug, unfortunately. That's what makes it so maddening, I have only the smallest information to go off of, and nobody I've talked to has had any luck recreating it. It's hard to just ignore something as bad as falling through the floor though, especially if it persists beyond restarting at checkpoints - so it's not something I want to just throw on the backburner.

I know there are other Patreon-dudes that have more robust teams that haven't put out any content since like October of last year. You've got this! >:3 I wish I could help out with the pixel art stuff, but I have no experience. :'3

I actually had a huge look for that bug in question, did you have any other details or anyone else come to you with the same one? Just saw that one post saying he saw it a few doors to the right of the plant girl, tried everything in the first area and couldn't come up with a single intance of falling through the world.
