That's so true about being polite to people, I work in retail and usually I'm in a bad mood because of horrible customers but when someone is nice and polite it lifts my mood and makes me much more likely to WANT to help them because god knows if you're a POS to me I aint helping you, oh you're looking for an item I know we have but it's in the back and I can't be F'd going to get it? Well to bad LADY! Should have asked me nicely instead of being a POS! So yeah we don't have that item sorry hoe better luck next time. But sure you ask me nicely and I'll walk my fat ass a few extra steps for you, no problem.

I take my vitamins in the morning, because that’s the only way I will remember. My levels are good, so it must be okay to do it this way. I have them with a light meal, because I think you are supposed to take vitamins with food. I take a bunch of different ones, but I don’t take a multi because I want to choose what doses I’m having.
