Phillips make 'nasal pillows' that also cover your mouth in case you have a blocked nose or open your mouth. They are only a little bit bigger than what you're using right now and I swear by them, it's basically a 'full face' but without the huge contraption. CPAP for the win!

Watching your video with my morning coffee…Are you really going to start a weight loss journey??? Omg, I will be so happy for you if you do that…You don’t need to go back to your “younger self”, because nobody expects you to go back in time, but you can be a healthy grown man with realistic goals…You might have to experiment to find a diet that is right for you, but you can find that perfect diet if you are determined. Amber can help you try different combinations of foods…For myself, I eat meat once a week, and the rest of the time I eat nuts, legumes, oats, salad, vegetables, a small amount of fruit (because I’m sensitive to sugar, but a little bit of fruit helps with the cravings), olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and various spices, including blended spices like Mrs. Dash. I’m sensitive to wheat & dairy, so I only eat those things occasionally. I use these really small measuring spoons to measure my salt, because literally, all jokes aside, cutting down on your salt, you can lose water weight *immediately*, like within days. (I found these really small measuring spoons on Amazon, because 1/8 teaspoon of salt is 300 mg of sodium, and you can get them even smaller than that if you want to use just a pinch of salt.) I count my macros really carefully, because too much of anything can be bad over time. And I take supplements that fit my own needs, because everyone is different in what supplements they need…It might take some trial and error to figure out what diet is best for your own body, at your current age and any conditions you might have, but it’s not impossible to find that perfect diet for your exact needs—and you will love it, and you will still enjoy your food, because healthy food can still be delicious…And if you fall off the wagon some days, start again the next day, don’t beat yourself up for a slip, and carry on.
