Oh and don't even get me started on the cancellation of cartoon characters and other things geared towards literal children. Let kids be innocent and stop pointing out things that are A. stupid to begin with and B. indicative of a problem with you because you're seeing inappropriate things in something for, again, literal children. There have been some instances where it was obvious a toy or show was actually in the wrong, but it takes away from the severity of the real predators or whatever you'd like to call them when you get up in arms over things that are in actuality harmless.

I absolutely agree with you on being so offended by things that happened in the past that they want to ‘cancel’ them now in the present. Times have changed over and over as humanity learns and grows, and I can guarantee certain things that are being said and done now in 2021 will be considered offensive in 2041. You can’t keep looking to years before when something was more acceptable for one reason or another because there will always be something to get offended by. Not saying you have to think it was right, but you can’t keep dragging it out especially if the person involved has evolved and learned over time. It’s kind of like, you can’t have it both ways. And as far as bigger topics such as the Confederate states, or like you said the Holocaust, yes they were bad and wrong, of course they were. But at this point they’re tools we as a culture can learn from. If you try to erase it all, that’s only more of a reason it could be repeated. I dunno, I’m sorry I’m ranting but as a top American mukbanger once said...IT’S YOUR FAULT! 😂😂😂 Love ya Nik and thanks for sharing your trip with us! ❤️

Honest to God I just now literally saw that Pepe Le Pew (the cartoon skunk) is being cancelled from the new Space Jam movie because he promotes the “rape culture”.....un-freakin-believable!

I know! I mean, if the books were saying "this group of people are bad for their appearance" than it would obviously be shameful. But the illustrator simply drew people with differences, not demean them or write them off as inferior. Wait a minute, I thought we all wanted to see representation of how we identify in the media - books, shows, movies, etc.. right? wasn't that the goal? Now the narrative is, "draw everybody the same, we have no differences, don't draw what other people look like!!" They should cancel Mulan next because she was asian and drawn like one. And let's also take out "100 dalmation" characters because they were british. Christ almighty!!!

Nik I 10000% agree with you about the cancel culture. I want to know who these offended people are because it seems when you talk directly to individuals about this stuff nobody is really offended which tells me that whoever they are they are the minority.
